This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for this site and various related Services, including other websites, applications, forums, newsletters, and tools (together referred to as the “Services”). Please read the information below carefully.
ETSZONE, (referred to as “us” or “we”) reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by means including, but not limited to issuing an email to the email address listed by registered users and posting the revised Privacy Policy on this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address as a registered user, review this Privacy Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
We collect two types of information about our users: Non-Personally Identifiable Information and Personally Identifiable Information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: When users use the Services, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which links were "clicked." You should create accounts, profiles, or post resumes to our Services only if you wish such information to be viewed by other users, sponsors, employers. If, after creating an account, profile, or posting a resume you decide you no longer want that information viewed by other users, sponsors, and employers, you may terminate your account by following the instructions here or contacting ETSZONE at support@etszone.com and we will terminate the account.
Please note that we cannot control the acts of users of the Services. All users should be aware that, when they disclose Personally Identifiable Information, the information may be collected and used by others. In the event that you encounter any user who is improperly collecting or using information about you or other users, please contact support@etszone.com.
ETSZONE encourages all third parties involved to adhere to our policies regarding the privacy of our users and to otherwise handle Personally Identifiable Information in a responsible manner. However, we cannot and do not assume any responsibility for any actions or omissions of third parties, including the manner in which they use information received either from ETSZONE or independently. Nevertheless, in the event you encounter any third party associated with, or who claims association with ETSZONE, whom you feel is improperly collecting or using information about you, please contact support@etszone.com.
We use Non-personally Identifiable Information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful Services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our users, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the Services. We may provide statistical information based on this data to users and other current and potential business partners. We may also use the aggregate data to inform these third parties as to the number of people who have seen and clicked through links to their sites.
We do not sell, re-sell or distribute for re-sale your Personally Identifiable Information. Sponsors or employers may only use the information you provided in your resume and profiles to evaluate your qualifications for the open job opportunities. You should be aware, however, that ETSZONE has no way to control how a sponsor, employer, or other user actually uses the service and how they use the resume and profile information.
Please note that ETSZONE reserves the right to disclose information submitted by or concerning any user as we reasonably feel is necessary to protect our systems or business. We may also disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using our servers or Services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement for investigation or prosecution, or to suspend or terminate your account in connection with any suspected illegal or infringing activity or if you are in violation of our Terms of Use Agreement or other published guidelines.
If ETSZONE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Services of any change in ownership or uses of your Personally Identifiable Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personally Identifiable Information. ETSZONE reserves the right to assign, sell, license, or otherwise transfer to a third party your Personally Identifiable Information in connection with an assignment, sale, joint venture, or other transfer or disposition of any portion or all of ETSZONE's or its affiliated entities' assets or stock.

All information made available to ETSZONE may be made available to our contractors and consultants, and professional advisors (such as attorneys or accountants), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, and only under a duty of confidentiality.
You may change any of your Personally Identifiable Information in your account online at any time. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed. However, it may be impossible to completely delete your Personally Identifiable Information without some residual information remaining on backups.
We may, from time to time, send you email regarding our products and services. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving information from us and our partners, we may occasionally send you email that we feel may be of interest to you. Only ETSZONE (or agents working on behalf of ETSZONE and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these mailings and only if you indicated that you wish to receive these mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information. Or, at any time you can easily edit your account information to no longer receive such offers and mailings.
You also have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our site may not work properly in your case.
ETSZONE is committed to keeping the data you provide us secure and will take reasonable precautions to protect your Personally Identifiable Information from loss, misuse or alteration.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. ETSZONE believes that it is especially important to protect children's privacy online. Our Services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children.

Any submissions to the Services are accepted with the understanding that they are accessible to all parties.
